The Cupboard Card

I have lots of blogs that I visit, and one is Heather Summers Blog. She made this really cute Hallowe'en card, which you can see here. Heather did a fabulous video tutorial. Once I did the card the way she showed, I was able to do it in different sizes and shapes. I also used my new Circle Scissors Plus, and WOW is all I say to that!:) I don't do Hallowe'en cards, but I did manage to make a few of my own design and some new designer series papers, and the new in colour cardstocks.

I made the following card for a wonderful lady in our church. Her son went home to be with Jesus, after a courageous battle with brain cancer, in May.

Above is a top view, so you can see how cool the fold really is! :)

SUPPLIES:
All Stampin' Up!:
CS: Rich Razzleberry, Bermuda Bay
Patterned Paper: Razzleberry Lemonade
Ink: Rich Razzleberry, Bermuda Bay (markers, how awesome is that, the in colours have markers now!)
Stamps: Sweet Shapes
other: glitter pen

I made this card for my friend Lynn, whose husband it was that went to Heaven. I used up old stock, papers, and rub ons. I love how it turned out! (please disregard the wet spots on the lower left side, as the kids got it wet before I gave it to her, argh LOL).

I'm still here

I haven't fallen off the face of the earth, and I do have some new cards and stuff to share... just have to photograph in good light and get them up here! I intend to get them all done, and start posting more regularly :)
